I realized recently that Googling my name didn't show up much.. some old baseball player, some country singer, my dad, and a few random mailing list things from me. With that, I started a blog, and have tried to keep with topics that are somewhat relative to the field.. in no way am I looking for a job right now, but I think in general it's good to stay up with controlling your presence, the social networking, blah blah blah. On top of that, it's fun, and if the topics are interesting to people, you end up helping others in the process.
